Floral Afront

There is a fantastic Instagram account called Target Does it Again that showcases awesome Target finds. I consider this skirt prime "Target Does it Again" material (and think the ladies have featured it there recently). I'm often amazed at how fantastic Target is in the clothing department. Unlike other big box stores, I actually lust after Target boots and heels, hunt down their collections with big names (like Prabal Gurung) and consider going to Target to shop for clothes. On top of everything else, the stuff I've purchased lasts (unlike Forever 21 and other inexpensive retailers) and the majority of it is work appropriate and doesn't wrinkle terribly. Win, win, win! 

I've gone on and on about loving printed pencil skirts, so I won't bore you, but I am excited to style this one in the Spring and Summer with a mint or white blouse or a light lavender sweater. Even though it's black and knee length, it would be a great Spring look with bare legs and nice strappy heels. 

I hope you're all having a fantastic week! I'm excited for tomorrow as Ben and I are celebrating Valentine's day in two parts. He works on Thursday night so he'll be preparing dinner for me tomorrow and then I'll do dinner on Thursday (with a surprise gift). I'll fill you in on all the delicious details later in the week.
