Lacy Sunday

Sweater, skirt: H&M; Shoes: BCBG via TJ Maxx; Necklace: gorjana

I woke up to another beautiful day today but after Saturday's freezing cold outfit photo-shoot, decided not to brave the ice-block 19 degree temperatures and opted for an indoor shoot. As I wear pencil skirts more than any other piece of clothing, I love collecting embellished pencil skirts that can be worn with simple blouses. There's something fun about a detailed, patterned pencil skirt (and the difficulty in pairing blouses with it) that appeals to me. This slouchy black sweater is also a new favorite from H&M as it's perfectly baggy, perfectly soft, and goes well with just about everything in my wardrobe.

The first photo up there is of my new Bialetti moka express coffee maker and I'm in love. It makes perfectly thick, perfectly drinkable stove-percolated coffee. I highly recommend it for coffee fans out there that want an easy upgrade to a morning pot of coffee.
