Amethyst Row

Amethyst is my birthstone and I have always had an affinity for it. Purple has been my favorite color for as long as I've thought to have one, so I'm surprised that I don't own more clothing in this hue. I do, however, own a fair amount of amethyst jewelry. This 'necklace' is actually just a strand of amethyst pieces bought at a gem and bead show. I've thought about taking it apart and creating other things with the stones, but I really kind of love it as one big strand.

I love amethyst as well, it's one of my favorite gemstones. Love this look. The colors flow so beautifully together and your ring is gorgeous.

Thank you, Shannon! The ring is actually a dyed turquoise! Here's a similiar one, though I didn't pay nearly that much for mine. That's the fun thing about those bead shows! Great deals! http://mayastar.com/dyed-buffalo-turquoise-silver-ring.html

They do indeed! I'll have to show off the the back of the tank in a future post. It has a seam that runs up the center. Just a fun little detail that's a bit different than your average tank. :)
